Who Am I?
My name is Carlos Luis.
I was born in Portugal 17 years ago and I moved to Toronto in 2013, which means I can speak both English and Portuguese. Making such a big change at an early age really changed me for the better. It improved my adapting and communicating skills in the sense that I had to be able to fit in in a new society. My past experiences have allowed me to be a more well-rounded member of the community.

Future Goals
Everyday I wake up and work hard to become the best version of myself in order to achieve my dreams. I have accepted my offer to Ryerson University, where I will be studying Computer Engineering. I see this as a great profession to get into, seeing as how technology has taken over the world. I hope to work for a big company like Google or Microsoft and have my work become helpful for anyone who might use it. I want to be successful enough to be able to provide for my family and anyone in need.
Hobbies and Interests
Sometimes when I am too busy, I like to do certain activities to help me relax and get my mind off of the stress of school or life in general.
Working OutHeading to the gym after a long day of school helps me both physically and psychologically in the way that it benefits my body and mindset, and it teaches me hard work and discipline.

Playing SoccerGoing out to the soccer field with some friends at the end of the day distracts me for a bit and allows me to hopefully regain some of that energy required to continue working hard in school.

Playing videogamesPlaying videogames is entertaining and is how I started to enjoy using and working with different types of technology, such as computers and cellular devices.
